Retreat Payment & Transfer Policy

All retreat payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another qualified participant.

• The full retreat balance must be paid by the original buyer, unless alternative arrangements are approved in advance by Administration (Cassandra Petersen, The Wellness Blueprint).

• Any transfers must be to participants who are Level V or above and receive confirmation from Administration.

• Payments must be made on the original due dates and at the same agreed price, regardless of transfer.
